Autumn Pasta Classes

Join us for a hands-on pasta experience with our chef! They will take you through the dough making process, teach you how to create a variety of shapes, and show how the most popular pasta dishes at Vaucluse are made.

Following the interactive course, enjoy the fruits of your labor with a 3-course lunch with wine featuring two of the pastas demonstrated in class.
